History
This lady in her mid 60s had complained of a heavy fullness and pressure in her vagina along with a lack of sensation during intercourse due to a very loose vaginal vault. She was found to have a moderate prolapse of her bladder, rectum, and top of her vagina along with some incontinence problems. She also complained that her vaginal area appeared "loose and old." She requested pelvic reconstruction and aesthetic vaginal surgery.

Procedures:
Transobturator Sling, Cystocele and Rectocele/Enterocele Repair, Vaginal Vault Suspension, Vaginoplasty, Perineoplasty, Labiaplasty, Clitoral Hood Reduction

Prologue:
Complete elimination of her pelvic symptoms and no leakage of urine with activities. She was able to return to regular exercise and worldwide travel. Sexual relations were dramatically improved.
