Patient History: The pictures below show a successful professional in her mid 50s who was recently divorced a year earlier. She had suffered traumatic childbirths with lacerations and torn episiotomy, had symptoms of incontinence and pelvic fullness and pressure, and a feeling of constant constipation. Bowel movements gave her a bulge she could both see and feel. She had to push on this bulge coming out of her vagina to complete the emptying of her bowels.
