History: This young lady in her early twenties complained of an asymetric labia minora that was a cause of embarrasment and concern. She was born with prominent and attractive labia majora that gave the appearance of youth. She requested a "Barbie Doll" appearance (almost a complete removal of the labia minora) to achieve a more balanced look to her vulvar structures.
